I'm trying to access the PDF, but the page is unavailable.  :(

Is there another FTP option at all? Anyone able to PM me a link? That would be way cool.  :sign1:

I have just had an idea about the quad launcher.

Since it is already preloaded with 4 shells, but takes forever to reload, what about saying it doesn't count any modifiers for doubling oe sustaining.

From what I remember abrout Vrak the DKoK line regiments love the quad gun since thye can quckly pull it into position then unleash a massive but short lived barrage (doubling), however the artillery regiments didn't like it because it couldn't keep up with prolonged barrages (sustain).

I used Quad Launchers in my game vs the Necrons today and I really rate them, 8 x AP3+ at 90cm when sustaining is nasty. Heavy Mortars may have two templates worth, but they’d probably only average around the same number of models under them to hit or less, whereas the Quads have greater range and still get the 8 against a small number of enemies.

You mentioned the list would be declared done in the new year, that still on? Do you mean the turn of the year, as in two days? Or some later point in the year?

Any further thoughts on last minute changes you'd been talking about like the long range Bombard? (I've tested it out a couple of times now as mentioned in the other thread and it seems fine if slightly overpriced).

I had intended to close development on Dec 31st... however, EpicUK has expressed interested in using this list, so we may conduct some further development for an extra few months, as I'd like both the NetEA and EpicUK list versions to be the same.

Ah fair enough, would be coo to be able to use Krieg at tournaments. I hope the list won’t have to be blanded out/compromised to suit their more minimal tournament-focused style though.

Is it possible to share what potential changes might be in order? As I am actively building this army, I'd rather not put effort into items that aren't going to be in the list.

If it's just structural changes, those are easier to manage.

Thanx!

If that's the case I think it might be best to de-couple the print timing of Raiders 2.0 and Siege.  Depending on how long it takes me to get things done for the Raiders update, of course.  Things have been dragging but it was my hope to have it done by mid-January.

Actually it now seems as if EpicUK won't be able to evaluate the DKoK list for another eight months or so yet.

So I'll probably put up a vote this week to see whether the community considers the Krieg finished, or would like more testing time.
