There are two ratings. Version one is in a finished state similar to the SG published lists. Version two is the absolutely finished article similar to the SG lists with tournament mods that will remain fixed for eternity.

Both categories are balanced for tournament play.

Version 1 (to be reviewed in a year)
89th 'Rolling Thunder' NetEA Steel Legion
Imperial Guard Auxiliary Infantry Army List
Minervan Tank Legion. The list currently requires some temporary tourny mods.
If you want to use the list I recommend the following two temporary changes
Stormhammers at 10cm movement
Each upgrade may only be taken once per formation
The list is currently proving rigid and without taking stormhammers somewhat underpowered, so change is quite likely!

Version 2
Steel legion with minimalist tournament mods

Due largely to my crapness things didn't really take off. I will when I can use the main pc unobserved update the minimalist change steel legion list with the NETEA changes. The wish list of changes becomes the 89th 'Rolling Thunder' NetEA Steel Legion and will also be posted in the same complete format.

The Minervan list goes to provisional for now as it probably needs a warning about a couple of options and needs a salamander clarification etc and when compiled can take its place as a tourny ready list. I'd hate people to be turned off it so softly softly catchy monkey and all that.

Other lists continue to bubble along and probably after Marine month I'll be able to attack my mech ideas, BL's steel legion pdf thoughts and the other lists that continue to occupy my waking thoughts.

By then of course I expect to have collared E&C in the real world and pinned down version one of the death corps and rebels.
