I'd rather not give vehicles or light vehicles a cover save most of the time, since there aren't any rules for removing cover from the game, and I want their emplacements to be rather weak and vulnerable once the enemy gets close enough. So... How about I remove the Thunderer and add Sandbag Walls to the list? Impassable to infantry, Dangerous for Vehicles and doesn't affect War Engines. But it counts as cover for purposes of shooting through it or at things behind it?
