Hi all. I just wanted to let it be known that I'm not keen to let Assault variant Terminators run wild throughout all Marine lists. I think IF and DA's have a reasonably good justification towards using them (personally, I think their fluff suffices to allow them for these 2 lists and I often like to make things a little less homogenous) but I'm still firmly of the belief that standard Termies will suffice for pretty much all other Marine lists. I've added them in to my (as yet not quite finished or shared with the forum) Minotaurs list  They seem fitting there too, with the Minotaurs anti-marine speciality and common use of most of their first company in Terminator armour and three out of the four infantry units in the Forge World Minotaurs army are assault terminators. |
