Hi,

where can I find the latest version of the Salamanders' army list, with all the variant units datasheet? All I can find on the forum is the army list with no datasheets.

Thanks.

The datasheets are on earlier versions of the list in that same thread.  You'll have to combine the docs.

I would suggest dumping the Salamander LR and just using the Redeemer.

I'm afraid I don't know which thread you're talking about.  :upside:

There's one in the Adeptus Astartes section (HERE) and EA Rules Amendment section (HERE).

There are datasheets in the version from the first link (version 1.1) but no reference to a "Salamanders Land Raider"; and there's a reference to a "Salamanders Land Raider" in the other version (1.9.1) but no datasheet for this unit...

Also, I've read the designer's notes for the Redeemer but it strikes me as a very confusing unit. Why not give it FF3+ (or FF4+) with MW and an Extra Attack with Ignore Cover? But I guess I should discuss this in the appropriate thread.  :p

The "Calling all Salamanders" thread in Adeptus Astartes has mutliple versions as it progresses.  The link in the progress thread should be the same as the most recent list from the Salamanders thread.

Unfortunately, you have to walk backwards in the Salamander thread until you find the last version that included unit stats.

Well, I'm probably a bit dense but I'm still confused.  :p

The latest version, both in the "Calling all Salamanders" and the "NetEA Project Schedule" threads is the 1.2.2 version, i.e. just an army list with no datasheets.

Now the Need other testers for Salamanders thread gives another version, the 1.9.1 version, this time with designer's notes and datasheets. In this version, the "Salamanders Land Raider" no longer exists.

So, my guess is the up-to-date version is the 1.9.1 (what happened to versions 1.3, 1.4, etc.?), even though the link in the NetEA thread points to the 1.2 version. Is that correct?

Oh, well, then I'm confused as well.

I'm confused too and i'm one of the list designers :D

Version 1.9.1 is the most recent armylist.

The Salamanders Land Raider is a generic Land Raider with a Multi-Melta and thus MW FF-Attack for its basic attack.

Here is V1.9.1

Hmm, mayhaps I should update where that link goes. As for the previous versions, you don't need them :)
