It's a Matrix 3 combat suit painted grey.

Just checked the GW site. It is official. I want to cry.

Does power armor really justify AV12? Hit that marine with a LAscannon, and the flaws in that design will become apparent, Avatar inspiration notwithstandng.

They are 2/4++, t6, 4 wounds monstrous creatures if i recall correctly.

I think I will be ordering one and a stormraven for research purposes ;-)

I think the new power armoured grey knights look a bit rough, well the wrist mounted storm bolters do anyhow- I would leave the ammo magazines off them, then I would be fine with them.

Nemesis Falchions for the win.

EDIT: Upon reflection I actually like the quite a bit.

The Nemesis Dreadnaught is pretty interesting actually, sort of a modernisation of the Knight concept, which fits well with the Grey Knights. Plus I love the silliness of a guy in powered armour controlling a giant suit of powered armour.

Hey, at least they have something other than standard marine units now...

Hey, that storm raven doesn't look so bad now, does it?

I don't like the dreadknight - it reminds me too much of the bad anime cartoon robots, which favor style over realistic functionality. Also, the design styling doesn't match imperial styling from either the 'modern' M41 or 'heresy' M31 eras. It would have been fine to match the style of the heresy era kits, but they didn't even bother to do that.

Armored upper arms with external actuation instead of an exposed mechanical shoulder joint, hands instead of dreadnought claws, lower legs that narrow at the ankle instead of the other way around. All of these things make it look like non-imperial tech.

Another thing that bothers me about this kit is that, despite all the fine details, it looks too simplistic. It's like it is only the sum of its parts and nothing more (I think the defiler suffers from this as well). This looks like a prototype where the designer hasn't even bothered to zip-tie the control cables.

The dreadknight matches more with the Mars pattern warhound joints and support and the titan close fitting armor aesthetic coupled with the standard imperial dreadnought style power pack. I think it could been improved with banding on the armor to more fully match the titan aesthetic.
