Two things - first of all, I HATE the idea of having 4 unit bike formations for WS. "Withdraw then return" does not mean Break then try to rally - it means hit 'em, move to somewhere safe, then hit 'em again;which I think is pretty well represented in the existing list. So, stay with the eight unit bike formation- otherwise you are just codex Space Marines.

Second, and this comes from just having read "Scars" (which is an excellent read),so it really pertains to pre-heresy organization, it would be nice to be able to use teleporting Terminators (completely within the fluff) without having to woof 300 points for Land Raiders that apparently just go away. So have Termies that MUST teleport OR have LR transport, with appropriate costing.
