Just some feedback after a small reprieve:
Troops with 3x CC attacks does not sit well with me. I find it cumbersome and can be represented in other ways (possible stat increase?).
There aren't any! Some have +1 extra attack CC some have +1 extra attack FF but none have 3 cc attacks.

To me, other than the mental training and funky weaponry, GK really are not that much different from marines. If Marines are the pinnacle, and GK are a specialised force, then I see them as the Batman of gotham city. Wonderful toys and a little more resolve, yet certainly not the Superman that stats such as 3xCC + teleport + Warpquake are making them out to be.
Warpquake = Unnessesary I feel.
They have psychic buffs to attacks per unit such as hammerhand or other pre attacks such as holocaust (and the power cleansing flame which is statted as a first strike), all power weapons with one also used as an instant death force wepon in the unit, the ability to take all differnt types of force weapons within the unit, including dual power weapons giving +1 attack, - they function more like sternguard or veterans than regular marines I believe.
All references to ignore invulnerable save are removed and I haven't even playtested the effects of warpquake in the field yet, so I'm not ready to make that call.

As it is (can be) a full teleporting force, you also have to understand that the 'take up' and interest will be reduced greatly comparred to other forces. Just something to keep in mind, that's all. Yes other armies can do it as well, GK seem to have it as a standard. This may effect the amount of playtests you get - that's all.
Not all of the troop choices have teleport, but four do (two of the better troop choices, purgation and purifier squads don't have teleport). Space marines can potentially all take drop pods too making them work in a similar way, but there is not a blast marker penalty for doing that. In the aggregate, taking a number of grey knight teleporting troop formations which are forward stacked on points comes close to leveling out the points of taking a strike cruiser to drop pod regular space marines. I'm not sure that will exactly affect the amount of playtesters!
