Necrons aren't currently (or probably ever) available - there are several people with scratch built armies using out of production chaos androids and scratch builds

Feral Orks - GWand FW
Chaos SM - ebay +aircraft from FW
L&D -ebay
Tau -FW
Necrons - ebay(androids) scratch

An alternative to ebay is bartertown or sellers such as Chaosorc
