Is it safe to assume that when a Necron unit teleports, that they still have to roll for BM's? Same with using a portal?

Great thank you.
FYI, I just finished building proxies for four full phalanxes of infantry. I think I've just figured out how to scratch build the destroyers, and I'm still working on a template that will allow me to build Monoliths.
The Obelisks are still jelling as an idea, as is the AEonic Orb. Also, I'll be scratchbuilding Nightbringer out of bits and pieces.
I still need to get my hands on some 40K scarabs so that I can convert them to Tomb Spyders, but if that doesn't work out, I'll scratchbuild those as well.
This will be an amusing exercise as I'll most likely end up building the entire 4000 point army for less than $5.00 USD.
