In what order are the end-phase actions completed? a) broken formation removed from board b) formations roll to rally, and remove blast markers c) Necron infantry regenerates I'm assuming it is a-b-c, as listed above, but it's possible it goes a-c-b. This is particularly relevant when a broken formation is removed from the board. If a formation consisting of 3 Warrior bases, one with a Lord character, are broken, how many blast markers do they end the turn with? a-b-c: They succesfully rally, and receive blast markers equal to the number of units (3). Half, rounded up, are removed (1 remaining) and then the Lord removes that one so they have zero. Another Warrior regenerates into the formation, leaving them with 4 bases. a-c-b: Another Warrior regenerates into the formation, leaving them with 4 bases. They succesfully rally, and receive blast markers equal to the number of units (4). Half, rounded up, are removed (2 remaining) and then the Lord removes that one so they have one total blast marker remaining. It's not very helpful when things simply say "in the end phase," when there are so many things which can happen in the end phase, and they can affect each other. |

In hindsight I can see it being possible to misinterpret the rule but ABC is the right way. |
