Outside perspective of a language sometimes allows you to analyse grammar better. Good going, BL. :agree:

Tonight? Ha!  Not even a slim chance.    FedEx owns me from Thanksgiving until New Year's Eve (and sometimes deep into January).

Just so you know, I am still alive.

I haven't checked on the forum for a while, because no one ever posted anything and after a month or so, I stopped looking.

Hi Corey!

sadly no.

I have not only a fairly tight schedule, but a tight wallet!

Making trips even to the close games would kill my gas budget :(

I'm just making a few lists and was wondering if there is any purpose to having the 0-1 and 0-2 limits on the war engines when this could probably just be dealt with through the 1/3 war engine allowance.

The only real change in 3k GT games would be that you could take 3 warbarque's if you really really liked them that much, and that you could take 3 spacecraft if you thought that might be a good idea (but seeing as you can do it in the space marine army, and no one does I suspect it wouldn't happen).

Would just tidy up the list a bit and allow it to scale to larger games if you wanted to. For example if I wanted to play 6k points and use both large harvester engines.

Only ever allowed 1 spacecraft in any army.

Ok, so if that limit exists doesn't it make the limitations even more redundant? The ONLY thing they are doing now is stopping you from taking 3x warbarques.

I think the 0-1 exists moreso to drive home the concept that these are rare items in any Necron army.  So even seeing an Orb and an Abattoir in an extremely large army would be rare at best.  Remember this is a tourney list so friendly games will no doubt see both.
