Well, the Necron player did "double Monolith" and Monolith + Phalanx" a couple of the Terminator detachments, I just don't think he expected the Termies to be *so* resiliant. ?*laugh*
Neither did the rest of us... ?
Ganging up is a good idea, though, if your Monoliths *don't* get broken, they're kind of stuck slowly moving across the battlefield to any other action.

That's why I never teleport all my Monoliths in one go and keep at least one in reserve in case I have to redeploy my troops.
