Dave, they are identical as you suspected.  I talked it over with Corey and he left it up to me.  So I am actually going to go with Dave's recommendation and eliminate the reference althogether.  The Destroyer formation will have 'Necron Lord' as an upgrade option and that will be it.

To be honest I just didn't feel like reformatting the whole pdf which is what would have happened with adding a new datafax.

It is posted at the top of this thread as of now.  Same download, same everything (well, hopefully not the same mistakes).  Just overwrite one file with the other.

heaps better, looks almost finnished. great job.

one thing that i want to ask is if the heavy guass cannons on the warbaque are meant to be AT4+, the heavy destroyers have them at AT3+, shouldn't they be the same?

ps, if you could pass that step by step for the wraiths on to corey that would be great.

IIRC the consensus was that the weapons on the warbarque should be renamed rather than being upgunned.

One potentially confusing thing I've just noticed is in the necron special rule. It uses the example of a formation with 6 bases of warriors and 3 wraiths, but under the latest list that is no longer a legal formation. Probably best to change it to say immortals instead.

Also, the fluff for the Orb talks about the BP firing mode having a much shorter range,  though in game terms they are both 90cm.

Hiddenevil, I am going to try to incorporate the wraith info into the Necron modeling section. ?It might add some extra time on finishing that supplement section, but as of right now I am waiting on some things from other people anyway. ?Corey will get it, don't worry. :)

Hena, and/or's have been fixed. ?As for the lettering, I've made it a bit larger now and hopefully it will come out better on the pdf. ?If not, I think people will still be able to figure it out.

I renamed the Warbarque Heavy Gauss Cannons to War Cannons. ?It'll do.

Necron rule changed as Zombocom suggested.

That's actually a very good point.

It's meant to be one weapon with two firing modes (Like the fist on an Eldar titan).

I know that I origionally had the BP effect with a range of 60cm.  I don't remember increasing it, or why I would have done so.

Which would be better?  Changing the fluff, or change the stats?

good news, i have a game booked in for next thursday with the local store regular who has epic, will be up against his Nids again, this time under the latest nid rules, should be interesting. this time there wont be any rule mistakes and my army should be fully built and painted. should help in playtesting.

i will give this raiders list 4.4 a whirl, it looks very promising. my opponent will be using v8.4 nids list as far as i'm aware.

will keep you all posted on it shortly after the battle.
