For Flayed Ones take any figure that you can disfigure (put cuts into it). I used Warmaster Ethereals and sliced the legs off to shorten them. Then apply flashing on each hand to make claws (three claws per hand). From an arms length they'll look just fine. I'll try to post pictures in the next week or so.

I'm yet to see any flayed ones I'm really happy with. I think some kind of eldar might be the best basis, but I'm unsure what.
