wow, a lot of action lately. :)

The "We'll Be Back!" rule is essentially identical in every way to the rule that allows the void shields of Imperial Titans to regenerate with one exception.

You don't get the automatic one raised at the end of the turn like you do Void shields.

It's the best mechanic I could think of short of actually rolling for each fallen unit.

That's just too many dice to roll. :)

Of note: There is one other difference in the wording CURRENTLY (WHich needs to be changed if this is the intent) at present a Titan cannot repair shields instead of dropping blast markers in the end-phase of a turn. A Titan with 4 Blast Markers on it cannot regenerate shields if it rallies in the end-phase back to 2 Blast Markers. Since the rules for Void Shields specifically mention taking a Marshall action while the Necron rules allow for it any time you could remove blast markers. So that needs to be specified. Which, consequently, will remove the problem Hena seems to have with it.

One more question about "We'll be back".

Does the rule work during at the end of the turn when formations can be rallied?

That's the time when Titans gain back one void shield, and necrons gain back 5 necrons bases then. :)
