I used the top "deck", with stepped pyramid/sepelchre, of a Gothic Tombship on a 6cm thin Titan base.
The Necron Gothic ships make for some cool scenery.

something about the size of a large monster base, or a Titan base is appropriate.
The one I created has a series of stacked plates which form a step up to a platform with a single large pyramid (with a door), with 4 obilisks (the structure, not the AV  ) around it, one at each corner.
