With Steel Crown closing are there any other companies that do strip bases?

Been trying to find out the source for SCP's plastic bases they must have been done via a plastics manufacturer i should think. Had no reply from Tom to my emails about them though so have no idea who made them.

I think E&C was involved with the SCP bases somehow? or did the CAD for them at any rate (apologies if i'm mis-remembering)
