Now as many of you may know I have an Iyanden army. Now if I am correct most of Iyanden's fleet got wiped out. It makes sense that most of there air fleet now comprises of member's of Yriels Corsair fleet. So how would you paint your nightwings? |

i think personal colours make sense in the scheme of things, because if everything broke apart then each survivor would flaunt his rebirth... |

I have mine painted up as Iyanden. I assume some of the corsairs rejoined the Craftworld Fleet.  So I took the checker effect it had on some of the Corsairs and did it on the Wings. I was thinking through my Epic army and how I would do it and I do not think I would put checkers on any of the ground stuff. But for the aircraft coming from the Corsair background it kinda fits. Doing them up as Yriel's fleet could also work well, but would they be that uniform? Also you are an awesome painter and would like to see what you can do with personal heraldry. So I would combine the two for you - do a common base scheme (probably Iyanden) with personal heraldry for each aircraft once the base style is on. |

i'ed do both have some as Iyanden(that made it), and some as the Pirates!! as i've said before why chose one when both is twice as good!!!! |
