Some of you may have read/participated in the discussion over the Reaver Titan I bought on E-Bay, http://www.tacticalwargames.net/cgi-bin....;t=9722 Well she's been painted and here is the Reaver, "Myrmidon"; |

Yes, took long enough though. 18th June - 5 July isn't what you'd call speedy delivery and I still haven't recieved feedback from Andy Musgrove. Modelwise I removed the vortex missile and put the Plasma Cannon on the carapace. I converted a second PC from a plasmagun, vehicle sprue stormbolter, techservitor tool arm and an old plastic eldar guardian arm. Painting; The body apart from the carapace is just black, I did a Crimson Gore basecoat highlighted with blood red, the plasma coils and eyes are white with blue ink. The trim is boltgun metal with black wash. I then used transfers from the Ork sheet; small checks on the right leg and carapace, and the Cadian sheet; skulls on the knees, 3 skulls on the powerfist, winged skull on the carapace, "Mechanicus" and 2 barcodes (?) turned through ?90 degrees to represent text on the left leg. I'll include a shot of the original purchase; |
