Ok, I can give my units a good looking paint job. Now I need some tips on unit badges on shoulders and banners. Ive seen many unbeleivable things on shoulder pads of marines. Ultramarine Omega sign, come on! I suspect xeno technology. Do tell or I well be forced to call the "I". Please help my marines look better or I well be forced to buy A 100k legion and conquer your little island.

Well if you want Ultramarine symbols Lodown my omega signs were very simple..



A circle of white, a T across the top, a blue circle in the middle then a tiny line vertically down the middle. I also always tidy up the edges to give it a symmetry(so it's not rough looking)

The crosses were a square with short lines going to centre from each corner, then a white circle in the centre.

If you choose a symbol, try to see other shapes in it to help you break it down for painting. That's how I worked out the Ultra symbol for epic scale.

I must need to go paint brush shopping as I have nothing capable of that small detail. Thanks for the tip, but my Reviler's would look odd with the Omega on there shoulder though.
