Wow, nifty siege style shadowsword (perhaps it uses a defence laser instead). |

Looking very good! ![]() A few thoughts: Gun elevation: Could just be the angle of the pic but I would like to see the barel raised ever so slightly. With such a low placed gun it looks like it is dragging over the ground. Now of course I don't know if this is the completed model or you still want to add detail. It looks ace as it is though ![]() Armour: Add a few rivets to the armour plates to bring them in line with the resin parts. Just a few key areas would probably be enough. |

It?s just WIP the parts are not assembled. I have to do some more detailing, (the rivets as You noticed). |

I think the design is great. The barrel may be too big, but hey is it's 40K, Overall a awesome job. Was this a total scratch build, how was it made? Thanks |

(The_Real_Chris @ Mar. 05 2007,09:07) QUOTE Wow, nifty siege style shadowsword (perhaps it uses a defence laser instead). That's what the Shadowsword was originally armed with, back in the AT days. Nice work, redram. I'd raise the barrel, as WMN suggested. It looks like it's firing into the ground. ![]() |

(Cuban Commissar @ Mar. 05 2007,17:28) QUOTE Was this a total scratch build, how was it made? I made a mold from the FW Baneblade ( tracks and sponsons) and casted them. The hull is made by plasticard and Evergreen strips. The gun and the exhaust pipes are made from Evergreen tubes. Some very small wiremesh was used to build the radiator on the rear end. ![]() ![]() ![]() As I said it?s still WIP |
