In another thread, I mentioned that I'm planning a Deathwing army for Epic. So in the true TacComm tradition of going totally over the top, I've started by grabbing the greenstuff and sculpting my first Deathwing Terminator. Only 99 more to go... Opinions please - but remember the pictures are about 10 times bigger than the actual model, so changes may be difficult to make! Regards, Reaver |

Amazing work Reaver Are they really that different from 'regular' termies though to invest that much time and effort into, you could just pimp those guys. Incredible work though, fancy doing some Sisters for me? |

Sweet. I'd shortcut most of the other 99 though, and simply convert standard issue models with appropriate tabards and shoulder pads. Leave the custom work for the characters. |

I've had a quick go at re-doing the rectangle on the back, but not very successfully. May just add a banner or something, instead. I've tried to redo the face as well. Here's the new version. As you can see, it's not much different! I think I've just reached my limit at this scale... Reaver |

I must admit, it's tempting to try and convert regular Termies instead, but I'm not keen on the old style shoulder pads. I may try a few and see how they look. I'd planned to do all 100, but now I'm thinking maybe do 20, then mould them and cast the rest. I'm thinking of mounting them all together, on a circular base, with a bit of scenery, almost like a little diorama. That way they would be easy to cast with a straight forward one-peice mould. Is this possible ?? Mon dieu, you're a psycho  Isn't possible to just convert the original termis and only scult a few "commander" or upgrade ? I tell you that not because this one is not great but if you need to make a lot more, you will finish mad and blind ! Keep the great work ! Ciao Nico |
