We've been using BFG card blast markers, and using basically whatever's handy at the time for marking broken formations. I'm thinking of making some something better. What do you all use?

Regards,

Blast markers from E40K era and order dice is the norm. Although Orton has been using the bases from DRM 6mm minis. They come in various sizes, 1,2, 3, 4 slots snd he has gluse cotton wool in a plume to them to represent BM. Looks good.

Cheers

We use EPIC order dice to mark broken, march, overwatch and "activated" and old plastic Risk game pieces for "1" and "5" Blast markers.

We use E40k order dice, and 20 sided dice for BM...used to use the glass chits, but you change the number of blast markers on a unit so much, the dice are less hassle.

Yep, I've seen the risk pieces in a battle report here (probably one featuring yourself) so searched for my copy and took the yellow playing pieces (others are too dark or have awful clours) as blast markers.
Good idea!
As broken markers I use customised Netepic fall back counters from the netepiccounters-pdf on the site. I removed the "fall back" writing and filled it with matching colours using a graphics program. I used the same technique on first fire (overwatch), charge (march) and the single exclamation mark (reload for slow fire weapons).
Still need to make counters for activated fomations.

We just use standard dice.  Easy to move around (plus the only thing we have  :D)

As soon as I get them based and painted (!), I will be using Irregular blasts:

Until then, BFG and E40K cardboard markers, and a few steel-wool-on-washers.

I collect nids so I don't have to worry about BMs  :D

Though my convert and myself have been using skittles (the sweet not the other skittle, there are other skittles aren't there?), makes rally tests so much more enjoyable and tasty

We use either red glass beads or little skull beads.

I would love to use Irregular's but since I can't find time to paint the actual minis I own I rather doubt I would find time to paint blast markers.

Where did you find these?  Can they be found at their website?

Thanks

I, too, use the blast markers and order dice from E40k.
