Post subject:  Dark Mechanicum army Project
I have slowly begun building an army for the Dark Mechanicum list I started developing a while back.
After a few simulation test games , I decided I wanted to see this army on an actual table, ordered a few infantry units and robots from Vanguard and started looking for STLs to rescale , remix and print.

I have now begun test painting a few individual units. The first one a Knight, it a nice model, but I will look for more options and maybe remix something to get a bit more of a Chaos look, and also a weapon out fit that better fits the stat descriptions.

I found a 28mm Forgefiend I rescaled that is perfect, also the Triaros was ready to go straight off Thingiverse. I will post my progress here and also eventually put up some links to STLs that are up or that I produce to field this baby.

The original had body , four legs , two shoulderpads , head and two Guns. I assembled the body legs and shoulderpads though, so now in four parts.

I’ve put it up here, but just so you now, the files are pretty massive as the have retained the original file size although scaled down

Thank you I will give it a try. It is the same as the one I found. Except it has two legs and two arms.
