I have been building a Dark Eldar army using Vanguard minis (yay !) but have not been able to find a suitable model for the Razorwing Fighter. My son found this and thought it might work I totally agree - a great find: http://www.ralparthaeurope.co.uk/shop/noble-armada-c-167/decados-c-167_170/22204-mantis-frigate-4-p-3464.html Phil |

Not too bad but going to be pretty small (GW vs FW sized) so that may come into consideration I've seen some bomb ass eldar stuff on thingiverse |

>>I've seen some bomb ass eldar stuff on thingiverse It does seem a bit small but I haven't seen anything better yet. I will have a look on thingiverse but understood this was just a set of designs for home 3d printers (rather than 3d items for sale). I might be wrong. Let me know if you find anything good. Phil |

Not sure the size your looking for, or how close to the real thing you want, but if your just looking for a big flyer with swept forward wings, maybe the Cylon Raider from Ares’ Battlestar Galactica game. |

You might want to try plasmablast games. They have a number of futuristic looking aircraft including his one https://plasmablastgames.com/product/eaglebane-multi-role-fighter/ |

Thank you both. I particularly like the Cylon raider (the Plasmablast fighter perhaps looks a little too 'human' if that's the right phrase ! - lots of other interesting stuff on their site though). There are some perfect designs on thingiverse and I understand that you can send the design to a third party who will print it up for you. What a great idea ! Apologies if this is very common knowledge - 3d printing is new to me. We will give this a try and see what the quality is like. If it works out, it really opens up a ton of possibilities (lots of great designs on thingiverse). Phil |
