So happy to finally be able to join this forum. I have been itching to join. I’ll keep this short. I’m obsessed with Epic 40k. I can’t stop painting the stuff. Never played a game in my life. I have a metric ton of Imperial Guard, Imperial Fists and some random Battle Fleet Gothic to work through. I will keep you all up to date with my progress. Base: Averland Sunset
Then
Shade wide: Cassandara Yellow
Shade narrow: Agrax Earthshade
Edge Highlight : Yriel Yellow (I do not use any layer color as I am trying to create extreme contrast)
Corner Highlight: Flash Gitz Yellow
Hyper contrast corner: any light bone color
Dry brush: Corax White (only use to soften overall look if needed).
