So I came across this on ebay but am not entirely sure about it? I believe I saw it mentioned to be weary if it has a grey'ish paintjob.

I would be sceptical myself. The turret does not fit tightly like the original one does. Perhaps the owner just put it together wrong. jimmyzimms has a topic that linksto sites and shows old catalogues for old GW and Forgeworld epic minis

Of course you could always buy a newer 3rd party model miniature company - Onslaught minis. soon to be released for their 6mm Grudd range.

Seen a few listings from this seller recently (mostly squat stuff) i had my suspicions at first (due to the sudden flood of them, and the grey undercoat only), but having had a decent time looking at them i'm pretty happy they are probably originals.

Considered picking a few of them up as they do seem to be more reasonably priced, but think i'll go the Grudd route for my squats when they are all available.

Looks like the cockeyedness of the turret is due to flashing and the grooves they cut to bleed of air pockets. Looks pretty clean to me.
