Looks great :)

I'd suggest removing the filled in bits of the shield, so that it's a frame with gaps in-between like the 40k model (the idea being the shield is filled with some kind of force field). That's what I've done on mine, starting with a drill then cutting away with a knife. It takes a while but definitely looks better.

considered dremeling it out, but I think having some big flat areas for some transfers will be nice, also lots of scratches and laser burns etc too :) also if you make a mistake it's a big deal

but yeah I may try one shield and see how I get on

Looks very good!

I have some of the same OOP Knights, but having difficulties deciding how to get them to stay glued together, any tips on what glue or maybe magnetize them?

These particular types (I have some of the other type too, visible in the background of my earlier pic) went together no problem with regular superglue, the other type were a bit of a pig, but I found assembling the legs first was the best way forward!

I got P3s, but I fly with them. I don't paint out of the pot.

Do you experience above avg dry out on yours?

I regularly add airbrush thinner to mine. Plus I drop pellets into them as shakers/mixers.

Did I buy some shity pots? Or is all the air travel gosh darned with the P3s?

My foundry paints are old as dirt and zero issues.

Can't say I've noticed them drying out quickly.... None of the ones I started using ~4 years ago are drying out at all

Love the knights' and cultists' progress. Are the transports GHQ models? They have that vibe, but it is hard to tell because of all that brilliant paintwork:)

Stunning stuff, Kyuss, what colours do you use for that desert basing? I am finding it super hard getting things to look right
