Hey guys,
my Dark Eldar army is developing fast and I thought it is about time to put up a summary of what I have created so far. Some might have seen the progress on Facebook or my blog already, but for those who don't use fb (which I do understand and appreciate) here the overview.
The project started last year before Christmas, when Onslaught released the Stygian miniatures. Dark Eldar, being my first army in 40k, which basically brought me to the hobby in first place and got sold some years ago, had to get revived. I bought a huge lot of minis and can absolutely recommend them. Onslaughts quality is stunning. After Christmas, my real life kept me busy for half a year and end of June I finally managed to get some serious progress in. At the moment, I am finishing off the army.
The war engines are all scratched and I did some videos and blog entries about how I did that. Non the less, some wip shots attached to this post.
I hope some of you might ind some inspiration. Also I started some conceptual work on example 3k army lists, including a "shopping list" with available proxy miniatures on my blog, as well as some thoughts on tactica etc. As Dark Eldar tactics are a bit rare on this forum and around the web, I would like to appreciate Dark Eldar players out there to join the debate here, on FB or my blog
