How do you make the streetlights?

And what is the white scenery in the background? Something for warmaster?

The steetlights are made from paperclips, and just a bit of greenstuf to make the lightbulb

¿What do you mean by "white scenery"?
¿Can you quote the picture? (I really don't get it)

It's just the frontal part.
