Hi there ! It's Nokturn on board. First, I just want to precise that I'm french, and I'm just learning english at school. But I will try to speak with the entire community ! I've discover Epic few months ago, on the WarhammerForum, and then I've looked all around the web, and I founded Epic.fr and this forum, tactical wargames. The work of all of you was very cool and nice, so one day, I decided to start this new part of the hobby, the 6mm wagames, with Epic Armageddon. Before, I was always painting 40k's minis, like Pre Heresy Dark Angels or Savages Orks, if you want to see them go to this link :http://nokturnfigs.blogspot.fr/. So, let's start ! The Onslaught miniatures are amazing, and I decided to start a Space Marine army for the Epic40k CDA5. I built a little army list of 3000 points, and the show must go on ! First, my "base-test". The base is a 25mm base from GW, but I'm waiting for my command on Troublemakers Games for their nice bases. ![]() ![]() ![]() I want you to be critic, so let's go ! |

A very clean paint job there. Not easy to do at this scale. The highlighting on the armour is particularly nice. The bases are also very well done - I find the bases sometimes take longer than the miniatures at this scale - everything is so small! They will look a lot better on the thinner bases. So what are you going to use for tanks? Onslaught do have some interesting apc variants on their site. |

A strong start! Are you using only the Onslaught Minis - or perhaps some old Games Workshop tanks as well? |
