A little something knocked together at 'The Joy of Six' last Sunday. I have a number of the first gen Kakapo flyers - and no tail ends. So rather than bin them I had a inspirational moment when I thought I could use these to create objective markers in my painting and modelling demo. Forgot my Vangard Novan infantry, but was saved by the presence of Brigade Games where I picked up some Pac Fed troops disembarking and securing a perimeter.

yeah nothing like a crashed ship to reuse a broken model! Have a FW Valk that I bought off here way back that broke in shipping and I figured much the same fate awaits it. Nice marker!

On one hand I'm glad I wasn't the only one to think of this with the tail-less aircraft. On the other hand, this one's so nice my own attempt will never stand up to it.

I'll be bringing bits along to Partizan if anyone wants to do one at my painting and modelling demo.
