Okay, so I'm having thoughts about doing a bubblegum pink marine chapter called "The Flamboyant Fruitloops".
But i'm not really sure what washes to use without ruining the flamboyant pink colour on the troops. I'm not a very good painter either so i would like to keep the painting as simple as possible (think base colour-wash-highlight) so i don't fudge it up.

Would red wash work? Or Sepia wash? Any suggestions?

you could probably get away with just doing a pink wash over a solid white undercoat. this would stain the white to pink, leaving deep pink in the recesses.

I think the GW shade for pink is carroburg crimson – using it over white should work. I’d avoid using a watered-down red wash. Mixing red, purple, and white could work, but not one of them alone.

for a FM of raptors I did a base undercoat and 2 coats of Baal Red (the old GW wash) and it resulted in a very pink look:

Dirty pink (more fleshy) is possible with a pink base and a sepia-type wash, followed by a highlight of the base pink.

can't argue with the emps children suggestion, were i to betray my oaths to the empy for anyone (not saying i would) it would be to paint them........

but to answer your actual question, juice painting (which is how i do my fists) is an option, pick a shade of pink paint you like and thin in 60/40 water to paint (or more) and paint over a bright white undercoated figure wth layers of juice paint till you are happy with the colour density, for yellow i find this works well, i'd need to test it with a pink figure but i suspect it would work.

I want to do a non-existing chapter and just do weird stuff with it. I want it to be very bright pink so it almost hurts peoples eyes! :-)

Secret Weapon do some VERY intense wash colours. I think there is a shocking/punk pink. Like the others say, use over a white undercoat.
