Paulson games were first dragged I to the ch case for allegedly sculpting the tau not titan that was part of the initial filing. He got the papers same day (Christmas eve if you recall) despite having nothing to do with chapter house except so e very early sculpting or so etching, or maybe nothing at all now I think about it.
He was also not paid for sculpting work he did for defiance games before/during the wargames factory explosion.
At least I'm pretty sure that's the case (I like to follow drama in the industry for various reasons, some personal, some a little sadistic) . But I thought this was all common knowledge, so you guys not knowing makes me wonder.

That's one chunk. Pretty certain about the other bit to. So yeah, nice guy, good skills, gets burned by an industry that continues to behave like a bunch of amateurs and tantruming toddlers at times
