I want to upgrade some models I have (Rhinos) with turrets.

I was told to ask here about options.

I've found two suppliers on Shapeways and was wondering if any of you had any experience with the actual models.

I was very pleased with the Predator turrets I ordered from EpicMinis, too. Mine were the chaos variants but I'm sure the loyalist versions are just as good.

See sean ... I was not Bull *bleep*'n when I said, Tac Cmd is the place to go for 6mm Sci-fi, especially Epic ... I always mention Tac Cmd on TMP frequently as I've been getting some great hard to find stuff from the crew here for decades ! I like to share the good intel bro ... Tac Cmd is really the source for pretty much all 6mm sci-fi ... Exodus Wars, DRM, CinC/PFC, Onslaught, Microworld, TMG, Angel Barracks, Plasmablast, etc. ... to name a few ...

I've used the chaos versions of the Epic Minis turrets. They look great. shapeways is very detailed but the highest level is a bit flimsy, and expensive. But, they look great!

About 2/3 down the page. I heartily recommend these. They look best on whirlwind hulls, IMO. For destructors I clipped one barrel of of the annihilator turrets - I don't care for the funky T-62/T-55 look on a pred, but that's just personal taste.

I just got my order from Shapeways and I am very impressed with these turrets. I will be ordering more as soon as I get these mounted and painted.

Thanks for the recommendation guys. Some of my Rhinos will become predators for about $1 each. Not a bad deal.
