Looking good, although I feel like a Devlin mud wash on that stowage would take some of the bright off those items.

Nice! I do love the sight of a wall of angried oversized squigs. Agree on the picnicblankets. Uncannily bright for orkses.

They not angry, they only very hungry ;)

At least it isn't as bright as the orks in 40k second edition lol. I'll sort it out,
but first some 30 boarboyz to paint

Nice! Love to see them with the finished bases. What kind of terrain are you going to go for?

Nice work chap. Perhaps a few glyphs to break up the large plates of metal on the Squiggoths?

I'm going for an agri world, hence the green bases. Still looking for the right kind of flock though.

Regarding the glyphs, i like the squigghots as they are, as they seem like having hastily constructed howda's. Snakebites don't care much for painting, just scrapping :p

Thanks!!

Yeah they are great sculpts, just like most of the ork range from that time.

My favourite must be the stormboyz though.
They are next on the to do list, a blood axe detachment with looted rhinos, kommandos and stormboyz.

This thread is alive!!!!! Alive i tell you!!!

Been a long time since i posted something up here, but have finished some flakwagons for the orks today. (i know i promised a blood axe detachment, but i have had some problems with my contacts, and this is the first stuff i paint in a couple of months, so i started small)

One will be going to the bad moon detachment, hence one being yellow(ish ;) ), the other two will be added to my kults goff mobs that contain all the stompas, just to protect them a wee bit from flyers (da reddish ones)
