The legs should be cut just above where the metal lower part ends and extended to be some way taller with a thick metal pin and green stuff (it's an organic mutated look so should be feasible for those without much sculpting skills), add a couple of mutated carapace weapons, probably a different head and there you have one great looking mutated Warlord Titan. Other weapons options come with it too and it has a look sort of suggestive of a beetleback carapace mutated over time.
