Having lost the details of my old photobucket I've set up a new one which I will put armies on as they are completed.

With the 2013 tournament season nearly over I've got a plan to actually completely finish some armies over the next few months.

To do
Thousand Sons - FINISHED
Eldar - FINISHED
Marines - FINISHED
Black Legion - Banelord, Keeper of secrets, Bloodthirster
Tau - 1 skyray, repair kroot+orca
Death Guard - Plaguelord
Dark Eldar = basing, Wyches

First though, and not 6mm but I'm putting it in this log to keep everything in one place, I bought a load of FOW models in Maelstroms death throes. Since then I've had the odd game but the community has rather splintered with the Epic guys going to one new venue and the FOW to another but I decided to bite the bullet and enter a local tournament (if nothing else 5 games would double my number of games played)

I decided on a low model count list to allow me to get it all done - Kampfgruppe Peiper
1 HQ Konigstiger
2 platoons of 4 Panzer IVS
1 Konigstiger
Peiper in a Panther
2 Wirbelwinds
2 Mortar half tracks+Command
3 Pumas

As expected I lost all 5 games 1-6, 3-4, 2-5, 3-4 and 1-6 but avoided coming last as a guy dropped out, all the opponents were really nice, very helpful and patient. I would say the attitude of most players and the atmosphere is very similar to Epic tournaments and having learnt loads each game I'm definitely planning on going to some more

Looking good so far mate, what else have you got planned for your FOW?

I'm not familiar with the FoW range, but I particularly like the tanks in the first pic.

Cheers

Great little army!

I bought a ton of FoW and painted it but can't really bear to play it so it's off to Ebay any month soon. (What a waste of painting time). :p There's nothing wrong with the game, but I just keep thinking that I'd rather be playing Epic when tanks are involved. However, some of the mates got into it heavily and they seem to agree with you. Good tournament atmosphere and a mature player base. Too bad with the split, I hope for a future merger for you.
