Some pics of Exodus Wars Valkyrie/Valkyrie Transports that I've been painting up for an Aeronautica Imperialis campaign running at the moment - these ones are filling in as Squat gyrocopters.

The Transport variants, which are Drop Eagles for the AI campaign.

The attack variants, used as Iron Eagle/Strike Eagle fighters for the campaign. The astute among you will have noticed the coloured things stuck to the stems of the flying stands - since GW/FW don't make the official Aeronautica bases any more, I improvised and glued a row counter for knitting onto each. They come in different colours, and have two dials that go from 0 to 9 for speed and altitude :)

Ive got a stupid question:

How did you glue the tails to the chassis? Did you pin it, or just superglue as-is? Im having a rough time with mine...

I didn't have any issues with mine without pinning. Though it can't hurt to do so.

The SCP studio models aren't pinned (I think - WMN?), one of the tails has come off but considering how many trade shows they attend that is pretty good going :).

No pinning, just superglue, although I didn't have any problems and I am careful with my models so no breakages so far.
