20 years in the making... I've finally managed to paint an Ork mob! Here's my Goff mob. I've tried to make a virtue out of poor sprue snipping by gifting a few Orks with colourful mohawks.

Thanks chaps! I've been painting non-stop since my last post. I decided to colour code my Ork detachments (not that it really makes a difference) by painting their right shoulder pads. It seems to have helped break up the force which was a bit too black for my liking. I'll post pics of these in the morning, along with a few other bits and pieces I've been working on... |

Any chance you could post a pic that is a bit closer? I'd like to see how you painted these guys as orcs will likely be my next project. |

@Sean: Sorry bud, but my camera really isn't up to the job. I can'tdisable the flash and when I get closer they get really blurry. I've done my best here but don't know if there is any improvement (other than colour coded shoulder pads!). Maybe save them to your desktop, then open them with Paint? Then you can zoom right in on the images. Hope this suggestion is of help. If not, have a look through the 6mm section, you'll find plenty of other (and far more accomplished) examples. @Jimmy: That's a shocking accusation! Please don't judge Net Epic players by the standards of you E:A lot, we're a gentler and more law-abiding breed altogether!  Anyway, on with the blog - I've given my mob some battlewagon transports.

I've made a mental note to watch out for your disintegrator gun if I ever fly over to the States with the intention of robbing you blind. But I'm thinking that getting on the plane home with a tonne of miniatures could be even more problematic than the heist.
