Definitely except they don't have rules except for as Artillery Tractors in Net Epic.

From left to right we have a Battlewagon, Lisa Command Vehicle, Land Raider, Rhino, Shershen AA & a Leman Russ. The Shershen chassis will scale fine for Chimera based artillery vehicles and the Lisa's will be taking the place of Command Rhino's in my army.

Actually checking the latest Codex IG from Epic UK you only get the generic tractors to.
