Post subject:  Aeronautica Chaos Aircraft - kitbashed from 40k bits
Here is my version of an Aeronautica Imperialis Chaos Harbinger (in Nurgle) using mostly 40k bits from Heldrake and other Chaos kits. The bottom of the hull is from a Dark Eldar Raider and all of the white is styrene. I used to own the original FW Harbinger and I believe this is close to the same size; 6.5 inches long x 4.5 inches wide (mine might be shorter). If someone with the FW Harbinger could confirm the measurement that would be great.

The two "mouths" underneath are meant to be bomb bays.

Unless I can get my hands on some FW Talons and Blades, I may try to kitbash them as well. The pictures aren't great but you get the idea. When it's painted, I'll take nicer pictures outside.

Dimensions are seven inches long and four and three quarter inches wide.

That looks awesome! I like that the stuff made in styrene will look exactly the same as the kit bashed parts. You've done well to make it themed like the other parts. Also, really like the mouths as the bomb bays - a very nice touch.

Heh, I wish I could do this full-time and make more to resell but unfortunately I will only have time to make my own minis. :)

Thanks, going Nurgle made it easier to cover up certain areas that was tough to find a bit or cut styrene for ;)
