Does anyone know what these actually are? The guy is selling them as manticores but I have never seen ones like it! I know they can be used with the "count as" rule but was curious as to what they actually are!

Yep, AT Manticores. Their sensor pods/giant spikey ball have been clipped off though. |

Thanks guys, most helpful  I will keep them and use them as manticores! If anyone had a pic of them before they had the sensor pod removed, I may try to modify them.....

Yeah, Manticore Mk. I from the AT/SM1 era ...  In one of my IG SPFA Sections ... With the Targeting Sensor Ball still attached ...

Surely the ball is either some kind of scanning array for targetting, or strong communications equipment to communicate with advance spotters? |
