I kinda liked the idea of Undead in the Epic universe, and thought I might do a progress series as I build it.
First up, the Grave Digger titan.

The titan is based on a Bone Golem from the defunct WK game Mageknight. I stretched the legs a little to get it about the same height as the Reaver (on which the Gravedigger is based) then added an original gatling blaster so it fit in to the Epic world, and a MRL in the "carapace" position. The Skeleton squads are Irregular fantasy ones. I just mounted the Irregular strips directly on good cardstock cut to E40K strip base dimensions. The larger guy is meant to be a Liche Magi and is a 10mm Irregular Skeleton Command figure. I should finish a Draco Liche, Warmaster praetorians and some Skullwagons (no prizes for guessing what I use here) soon. |

@ Primarch, I'm actually just modelling stuff from the Existing NetEpic Hordes of Evil list. Here's the Dracoliche  Again from Mage Knight. Probably a bit too big, but I already owned it so it was the right price.

And here's the Warmaster preatorian,  This one's from the Mechwarrior game. I removed a few of the guns and then repainted it, trying to keep to the fluff of black vehicles, but hoped to get a bit of a "fires of damnation" look in the windows. Some Skullwagons next. |
