Been trying to get ahold of anyone from there about a custom quote and can't seem to get a reply to any inquiries right now made via email and the website. Figuring that someone there might notice this post and/or someone on the boards might poke them if they've got the back channel hook up.

I emailed them about 6 weeks ago no problem, but sometimes they take awhile to respond.

Could mean they are a little too busy right now, though. Just checked their website, says they are on holiday until the 27th

They can be a bit slow on email - that Cthulhu kickstarter went pretty crazy! Call them if you can...

Similarly dropped them a few emails a few weeks a go regarding some custom work but only got a response the middle of last week.
They were also having some email problems according to a post on their Facebook page and were having to work through the back log on top of all the other work that is going on. It seems they are very busy with lots of stuff at the moment.

They were slow getting back to me last time I contacted them, but they've been excellent with my previous orders and are are probably just busy.

If people are having problems getting hold of Fenris, they are still having email problems. Ian said to me they can receive but can't send.
Your best bet is to drop them a message through their Facebook page, someone seems to be on their most of the day. I did that and got a response with details about the order I had requested via email.
