Assembled so far:
2 Imperators
5 Warlords
1 Reaver
6 Warhounds

Not completely finished- I need a Carapace Landing Pad for Mr Deathstrike Head and I realised after taking the photo that i need to find another head for MRL Warlord. I also have another 4 Warlords part finished and a couple more Warhounds to add.

I think I need more Reavers!!

Cheers

James

Thanks- I am going into hospital this week for quick operation- will be only overnight but will be offline for a week or two afterwards. So I was rushing to complete the first batch beforehand so that I can do basing and undercoating while I recover. So far have:

Warlord with Deathstrike Head, pair Quake Cannons and Support Missile (for most games I will probably not use Head special rules)
Warlord stock with CML
Warlord with paired Volcano Cannons and paired TLD
Warlord with paired Gatling Blasters and paired Plasma blastgun
Warlord with paired Gatling Blasters and paired MRL
Reaver with triple MRL
2 Warhoiunds with Plasma blastgun and TLD
2 Warhoiunds with Plasma blastgun and Vulcan Mega Bolter
2 Warhoiunds with Vulcan Mega Bolter and Inferno Gun

I have also just finished assembling a 6th Warlord with TCCW, Melta Cannon and paired Laser Burners. I need to have a rumage through my W40K bitz box to find some suitable Inferno Guns for a siege Warlord. I am sure i have the multi-melta sponsons from a Leman Russ Demolisher......

Cheers

James

Could nt find my melta sponsons from Leman Russ Demolisher- they must be in a different box. I did find some Chaos heavy flamers- they either came from Chaos vehicle sprue or specifically from Defiler- not sure which. Anyway some late night cutting and filing the 2 heavy flamers fitted together with top of old plastic Warlord Chainsaw arm.

Should do fine as Inferno Gun. With 2 Melta Cannons and a Wrecking Ball. Voila one siege Warlord:

that's all I am going to be able to do before am off for a couple of weeks. I still have a couple of Warlords to arm but I'm unsure what I want to do with them. So I'll put them to one side until inspiration strikes.

Anyway I'll have my hands full painting wise- once we settle on colour scheme for Legio Destructor.

Cheers

James

LOL

Just a couple!! I have used AMTL in earlier playtest lists. But that was taking an army of Reavers and Warhounds. This will be an army centred around Warlords with Warhounds for scouting. Not really a tournament army- more just for friendly games.

It is not often that local gaming club has extended opening hours. Which means playing more than 3,000 points is a struggle. So doubt that entire army will see the field that often, if at all. It does give me options which is why I have tried to go for defined roles such as anti-infantry, aniti-armour and support.

Thanks

James

Thumbs ups from me - any titan legion who add speakers to war engines has to be modelled.

Great selection of titans. Did you not want to set them up so the weapons are adjustable (e.g. with magnets)? Then you could always configure them how you wanted.

Thanks- no I said right up front did nt want to go down the magnet route. I have selected configurations to give me a variety of options but also thinking in the back of mind that I would have the ability to play them all if I was ever lucky enough to play big enough game.

Cheers

Nice! A fellow fan of the Lucius warlord, pleasure dueling with you on ebay, looks like you've won more often than me! :D

This will be awesome. Nice to see proper carapace weapons on the warlords i always hated the obvious cost cutting way that GW did the carapace weapons on this model. There's no way you could get titan weapons inside the hull and leave room for anything else.
