Are there any E:A rules for F/W's Gray Knights, Raiders, Dreads & Terminators ?
Just looking for some ideas !

There's an Inquisitorial army list WIP on the SG site. Also Aegis Neugebauer wrote a Grey Knights list a while back. haven't got time to google it right now but I think it should be fairly easy to find.

Lord-I has a really cool list up for the Inquisition, all branches. Including some of the best rules for Imperial Assassins in Epic I've yet seen. You can get it here: http://geocities.com/lordinquisitor/Inq ... t_v2.1.pdf It includes all the Grey Knights stuff that FW has out, plus some stuff for Sisters of Battle and some for Deathwatch. I don't expect GW or SG to put out anything for them any time soon. But those rules are fairly cool. |

You're right Primarch. I was tinkering a bit with it when the models were first released but I never got very far with it. Much of an Inquisitorial army/Grey Knights army could be modelled with existing formations though if you just give a few guidelines to force composition. |

I'm figuring the easy way is give the SMs, Terminators, Raiders & Dreads standard stats + a psy attack ?

Well... This isn't quite right. Grey Knights don't do offensive psionics much until you reach Terminator levels. The Land Raiders and Dreadnoughts don't do them either. They DO all have high resistence to psionics. And MUCH nastier weaponry and melee skills then normal Marines. All Grey Knights are significantly more skillful and carry weapons which make them significantly stronger then normal Marines. I'd go with giving them all Psycannons which do AP 5+, CC 3+, FF 3+ and maybe Nemesis Force Weapons, EA +1. Which is more or less the way Lord-I has them. It fits with the 'feel' of the army, that their only real good way to kill tanks is to get right up there and kill them in close combat. |
