Been trying to work out my camera for some time... we have been playing 6mm 40K for a while on ~7mm magnetic bases, Marines, IG and Necron so far... wysiwyg, so hidden extras are squad/army wide ie melta bombs, hot weapons are given red hot cowels for identification, squads have a colour dot on the rear of the base etc. cm for inches. GHQ 4" hex terrain, painted with metal paint then with a top coat, so the figs dont fall over or fly due to a sneeze, playing surface standard game 48cm by 72cm. Some Mantis Chapter and a Lizardman Steg. cant call them "Mantis Warriors" sounds like a London Street Dance Crew! I am really poor at learning rules, so 1200 up to 2000 at the moment. once I have more figs sorted, then 6000 pt apocolypse battles... on equivelant 10+ foot square tables, so only 1.2m squ. should be able to game with entire apocolypse formations. like 6mm Blood Bowl or 6mm Space Crusade, its a game in a travel format! figs will fit on Epic bases, with a short carry stick affixed. like 1st ed flag poles :0) for NetEpic or Epic UK EA i'll do some battle report pics form tonights game if light levels are permitting

I am up for a game... south, south west areas. stormraven scratch build. a bit rough, not really that happy with it. Lamenters as a part of my Badab loyalist and Sucessionist force builds. no battle report, poor light. Blood Angels kicked my IG arse while third player had Necrons randomly apear in turn 2, spelling more death of the IG forces... hey Llamahead, its a sculpted rectangle of 12mm by 10mm balsa wood, that modeling plastic sheet about 0.5mm thick, lolly sticks for the engines, wire and miliput. i'll get some pics of the Storm Eagle up soon super glue 5 tubes for a £1! so you just offer up the tail parts and they are stuck, huzzah
