Hi Guys,
With my Nid army in progress, I thought I'd share some pics of my Hierodules with you. THey are converted from a couple of 40K Termagaunts I picked up on eBay.
C&C welcome...

I was inspired by your idea stugmeister and whipped up this attempt over the weekend... unfortunately, I'm running out of Tyranid "armour plates"...

I was wondering, how big are the heads of the old metal hierodule and hierophant models compared to the heads of the 40k termigaunts? I ask because I'm thinking of copying you, but I would like to use a different head. Unfortunately, I'm thinking that the old heads will be too small (Maybe a modified 40k Tyr. warrior head would work?).

Or maybe the head from the red terror; that really looks like the forgeworld hierodule's head.
On a similar topic, are the new 40k raveners too big to use as-is as epic trygons?

As far as I know, a 40K Ravener would be way too big. I think its about the size of a Reaver or Warlord Titan!

I use 40K ravener bodies with dominatrixs head and neck as Hierophant bio titans, however its own head is reaonable small so it might work as a hierodules head, it might need a bit of shorterning.
